About Slide Puzzle
Slide Puzzle is a free sliding tile puzzle where you put a scrambled picture back together. The 3 by 3 board holds 8 numbered tiles and one gap: tap or click a tile next to the gap to slide it in, and match the MAKE THIS preview. It is a smaller, faster cousin of the classic 15 puzzle. You start with 120 seconds, and each finished picture adds 20 more. A picture scores 10 points, plus up to 10 more for solving it in under 20 seconds, and every third one is gold, adding 5 points and a coin. The shuffles get longer as you go. Each picture scores 10 points, plus up to 10 more if you finish in under 20 seconds.

Slide Puzzle Tips
Use the numbers in the corners: tiles go 1 to 8 in reading order, and the gap ends up in the bottom right. Solve the top row first, then the left column. The last four squares can then be cycled around the gap until they fit. Speed pays twice: under 20 seconds earns up to 10 bonus points, and every solve adds 20 seconds to your clock. Stuck? Wait 8 seconds and a green outline shows the next tile to slide. Think of moving the gap, not the tiles: walk the gap around a stubborn tile to nudge it into its spot.
