About Puffin Flap
Puffin Flap is a free flying game for your browser. Every tap, click or key press makes your puffin flap upward, and you steer it through gaps between ice pillars above the sea. It is in the spirit of Flappy Bird, with a few friendly twists. Each pillar you pass scores 1 point, fish in the gaps add 1 point and golden fish 5 points plus a coin. You get 3 hearts, so a bump into a pillar or the water costs a heart, not the run, and floating hearts can heal you. Every 10 pillars you level up, so the puffin flies faster and the gaps get tighter. Nothing to download, no microphone needed. Fly into the world top 10.

Puffin Flap Tips
Use small, steady taps: every flap gives the same lift, so frantic tapping sends you into the pillar above. Fish sit near the middle of each gap, so going for them also keeps you on the safest line. Crash into a pillar and it shatters, and you blink safely for about 1.5 seconds, so steady yourself for the next gap. The gaps keep shrinking until about level 7, so aim for the middle of every gap as the run goes on. After you lose a heart, a floating heart shows up in a gap 15 to 25 seconds later. Fly through it to heal.
Hit a pillar and it shatters, so you never hit it twice.
