About Rope Swing
Rope Swing is a free jungle swinging game. Your monkey hangs from a swinging rope: tap, click or press Right or Up to let go and fly to the next one. If you enjoy swinging games such as Stickman Hook, the timing will feel familiar. Each rope you catch scores 1 point, bananas score 1 and golden bananas 5 plus a coin. Fall into the river and you lose one of your 3 hearts, then start again from the same rope. A banana with a heart wins a lost heart back. The gaps get wider as you go. Everything runs free in your browser, with nothing to download and no microphone, so you can swing straight for the world top 10.
How To Play Rope Swing
Tap To Let Go
Tap, click or press Right or Up to let go, and the monkey grabs the next rope it reaches.
Grab The Bananas
Bananas score 1 point and golden bananas score 5 points and a coin.
Avoid The River
A splash costs one of your 3 hearts, and you start again on the same rope.
Mind The Gaps
Each rope you catch scores 1 point, and the gaps between ropes grow wider as you go.
Rope Swing Tips
Let go on the forward swing, just past the bottom, so the monkey flies up and ahead instead of dropping into the water. Do not wait for the very top of the swing: the monkey slows down there and falls short of the next rope. Lost a heart? A banana with a heart turns up between ropes after a while, and catching it gives the heart back. After a splash you cannot let go for about a second, so use it to watch the swing and time your next release. Golden bananas are worth 5 times a normal banana plus a coin, so time your jumps through them when you can.
Catch a heart banana to win back a lost heart.
