About Star Blaster
Star Blaster is a free space shooter where your rocket fires by itself and you steer. Tap, click or drag to move it, or use the arrow keys. In the spirit of Space Invaders and Asteroids, space rocks rain down, and each one you blast is worth 1 point. From wave 2, zigzagging aliens join in: they take 2 hits and pay 3 points. A UFO crossing the top pays 5 points and a coin, and the lightning power-up gives triple shot for 8 seconds. Crashing into a rock or alien costs one of your 3 hearts, and every 15 blasts brings a faster wave. No download and no microphone needed: it runs right in your browser. Blast your way up the world top 10.

Steer Your Rocket
Tap, click or drag to move. The arrow keys nudge it left or right. It fires by itself.
Blast Rocks And Aliens
Rocks take 1 hit for 1 point. Aliens arrive from wave 2 and take 2 hits for 3 points.
Catch The Bonuses
A UFO pays 5 points and a coin. The lightning power-up gives triple shot for 8 seconds.
Dodge The Hits
A rock or alien hitting your rocket costs one of your 3 hearts. Waves speed up every 15 blasts.
Star Blaster Tips
Rocks that slip past the bottom cost nothing, so dodging is always safe. Only a hit on your rocket loses a heart. Shoot or fly into the lightning power-up as soon as you see it. Its 8 seconds of triple shot covers a much wider strip of sky. Aliens bounce between the screen edges and need 2 hits, so follow one for a moment to land both shots. The UFO can't hurt you and pays 5 points and a coin. Slide ahead of it, since your shots take a moment to climb that high. After a hit your rocket blinks for over a second and can't lose another heart, so use that moment to get clear.
Rocks that fall past you cost nothing, so dodge freely.
