About Color Sort
Color Sort is a free candy sorting game you control with a tap, a click or the arrow keys. Candies drop between two jars, and you send each one left or right into the jar that matches it. It puts a speedy twist on classic color sorting games: every candy you sort makes them all fall faster. A match scores 1 point. Rainbow sprinkle candies (3 points) and gold coins (5 points and a coin) fit either jar. Every 7 to 10 candies the jars swap sides or one gets a new shade. A wrong jar or a splat on the floor costs one of your 3 hearts. Play it in your browser with no download or microphone, and climb the world top 10 with quick eyes.
How To Play Color Sort
Tap A Side
Tap either half of the screen, or press Left or Right, to drop the lowest candy into that jar.
Score The Specials
Rainbow sprinkle candies score 3 and gold coins score 5 plus a coin, in either jar.
Watch For Swaps
Every 7 to 10 candies the jars switch sides or one jar changes shade.
Save Your Hearts
A wrong jar or a candy that hits the floor costs one of your 3 hearts.
Color Sort Tips
When the ANY JAR sign appears, the lowest candy is a special, so tap either side right away. After every SWAP banner, look at both jars again before you tap, because the matching side may have flipped. Sort each candy as soon as it appears: they fall faster with every one you sort, and a splat costs a heart. Specials only turn up after 7 sorted candies, so get through the start cleanly to reach the bigger scores. Rest your fingers on the Left and Right arrow keys so each candy is one press away from its jar.
