About Sling Shot
Sling Shot is a free slingshot game for your browser. Fans of Angry Birds will know the idea: press on the sling, pull back and let go to fling a stone at slime blobs perched on pillars. A dotted line shows where your shot is heading while you pull. Blobs are worth 3 points, golden ones 5 points and a coin, and popping two or more with one stone earns a bonus. You get 4 stones per level. Clear every blob for 5 bonus points and a new layout with more blobs and taller pillars, but run out of stones and you lose one of your 3 hearts. No download or microphone needed. Fling your way to a best score and the world top 10.
How To Play Sling Shot
Pull And Let Go
Press on the sling, drag back to aim along the dotted line, and let go to fire.
Pop Every Blob
Blobs are worth 3 points, and popping them all adds 5 and takes you to the next level.
Chain Your Pops
Pop several blobs with one stone for a bonus, and hit golden blobs for 5 points and a coin.
Watch Your Stones
You get 4 stones per level, and running out with blobs left costs one of your 3 hearts.
Sling Shot Tips
Look for blobs at similar heights and send one stone through both: a DOUBLE adds 2 bonus points, and a third pop adds 4 more. Stones can bounce twice off the ground or a pillar, so a fast, low shot can skip on into the next blob. The dotted line only shows the first part of the flight, so allow for the stone dropping lower as it flies on. Go for golden blobs first: they turn up from level 2 and are worth 5 points and a coin. If you run out of stones you lose a heart and get a fresh layout, but every blob you already popped still counts.
Pop three blobs with one stone for at least 15 points.
